What this looks like in practice
Three of our projects show the pattern. Chat RAG lets people upload documents and talk to them, with every answer citing the passages it used. Alloggiati.pro scans a guest’s ID document and extracts the required fields automatically, turning a repetitive compliance task into a fast one. Soshiki reads incoming emails with an LLM, extracts the intent and assigns each one to the right contact or deal.
How we work
We map the workflow first, then automate the manual steps and measure what changes. AI goes where it pays off. Our own stack for this is Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL and the OpenAI models, and we integrate with the tools and data you already have.
