The Project

Alloggiati.pro is a vertical SaaS platform for Italian hospitality and property operators. It removes the operational friction around guest communication to the Police through Alloggiati Web, ISTAT reporting, document capture and check-in administration.

The client is a large real estate and hospitality operator whose name remains confidential. The brief was clear: turn a repetitive compliance workflow into a fast, traceable and scalable product that property teams can use every day without adding another heavy channel manager.

Key Features

  • AI document scanning — operators or guests photograph an ID document and the platform extracts the required fields automatically.
  • Alloggiati Web and ISTAT submission — guest records are prepared and sent to the required Italian reporting systems with official receipts.
  • Multi-property management — apartments, credentials, calendars and compliance states are handled across a growing property portfolio.
  • Guest self check-in — personalized links let guests complete data before arrival, reducing desk work and last-minute errors.
  • De visu recognition workflow — video-based identity checks support Italian regulatory requirements for remote arrivals.
  • Guesty and iCal sync — check-ins can be imported automatically from existing booking and hospitality workflows.
  • City tax automation — soggiorno tax calculations become part of the same operational flow.

Technical Highlights

The product combines SaaS account management, AI/OCR extraction, structured validation, scheduled compliance submissions and integration layers for hospitality data. The system is designed for operators managing many apartments, where every minute saved on document handling and every avoided manual error has direct operational value.
