Rome roots
A local base with an international way of building digital products.
Our Story · Rome · Software Boutique
MonteDelGallo was born in Rome to help companies turn complex operations into clear, useful digital products.
Origin
MonteDelGallo started from a simple frustration: too many digital projects become heavier than the problems they are supposed to solve. More meetings, more features and more layers rarely create better software.
We chose a different shape: a senior, focused team that works close to the business, ships useful versions quickly and keeps every decision tied to measurable impact.
The goal is not to write more code. The goal is to build the right system, with the right amount of code.
The Name
Monte del Gallo is a hill in Rome, close to the Gianicolo. From there the city opens up: layers, streets, domes, routes and hidden connections become easier to read.
That is how we approach software. Before choosing a framework, writing an interface or automating a workflow, we climb high enough to understand the whole landscape.
A local base with an international way of building digital products.
We map operations, incentives and constraints before designing the solution.
Principles
They are simple, but they shape every estimate, sprint, prototype and launch.
Every feature must earn its place. Fewer moving parts make software faster, clearer and easier to maintain.
Small teams move faster. We keep communication direct and build in short cycles.
Budgets, deadlines and legacy systems are not obstacles. They make priorities visible.
Today
Today MonteDelGallo works across high-performance websites, custom platforms, mobile apps, AI and data workflows, digital signage and operational tools.
We stay close to founders, operators and internal teams because the best software is rarely born from a brief alone. It comes from understanding how people actually work, where time is lost and where a product can create leverage.
01
We map the business process before choosing the technical path.
02
We make the idea tangible quickly, so decisions are based on real use.
03
We ship stable releases with clean architecture and measurable goals.
04
After launch, we keep learning from data, users and operations.
The next chapter
Bring us an idea, a bottleneck or an operation that needs a better system. We will help you turn it into something useful.
