Data Integration and Management Platform for Public Administrations

The Problem

Our client built a complex data integration and service management platform for Italian Public Administrations (Comuni). This was originally built in Delphi many years ago, and needed refactoring, updating of the Front-End, migration to the cloud.

Our Solution

We re-built the whole platform. We extracted requirements from the previous version of the software, co-designed the “2.0” version with the client, and suggested improvements in usability and performance. We integrated databases from multiple sides of the administration, as well as API from other organizations, to create a 360 degrees platform that allow staff of the Comuni to manage tax income, traffic fines, and a number of services.
