CRM and Shared Calendar
Our client owns a personal trainer studio with many trainers and many rooms. The business model is very different from a gym, and so there’s a lack of tools to help them grow.
Starting from just some indicative directions from our client, we co-designed a technology-based solution that allowed them to grow their business by around +50% in one year, and to expand their business in a new city. The software we built has all the classic CRM features, allows our client to keep track of all sales made from different channels, and also has a built-in referral system. Next step in the plan is to link a mobile app to the platform’s REST API, which will allow clients to connect directly to their trainer to book and update appointments.
